Saturday's workout


Gosh I didn't realize that I had let my workouts slip by this week for some reason this week I was really tired and didn't have any energy. I ran/walked 2 miles this morning before I had to go to class. I couldn't believe how nice the morning was there was a nice breeze and it wasn't really that hot so I enjoyed this workout. I sure hope tomorrow morning is just like this.
