Sunday's workout

Sunday's run/walk was suppose to be 7 miles but we miscalculated and ended up only doing 6 miles. We all started out together but Jenny went on ahead of mom and me since she had to do 8 miles. I started out running and walking and then my legs and feet were starting to hurt but I kept plugging along. We finished in an hour and a half so that was a surprise since the last time I did 6 miles it took me almost 3 hours to finish it but then I again it wasn't in the hot afternoon either.
Thanks to Jenny I was able to get all my workouts in this week to make it another week of working out 5 out of the 7 days.

Good for you - it is great that you are pushing through all the hard parts. Keep it up! And I love the picture you posted on your blog!!!

Great picture of everyone. Keep up the workouts and hold the pace and you should be able to finish the 1/2.
