Wednesday's workout

Today was another day with the trainer we worked on legs, we did lunges, calf raises, squats. I also had to walk to the machines on my heels with my toes pointed up ( I felt those in my shins).
I ran/walked for 30 minutes and did 1.76 miles with a 16:40 m/m.
