Friday's workout

If I hadn't had the training session with the trainer, I don't think I would of workout. Yesterday was a day that I was very exhausted so I was glad that I had the session. We worked on triceps, back and shoulders and chest.

You've had a great week with training. If you keep up the consistency you'll have no problems at the half marathon. Keep up the good work.
