I had looked at the wrong day and thought that I had to do 4 miles but I only had to do 3. I did 4 miles in 66 minutes. My right shin was hurting me and at one point the wind was making it hard to run. I also had my first week in a long time of getting 5 workouts done in the week.

Great job on your consistency this week! Those shinsplints can be painful. As you get more conditioned, they should get better. When you are done with your run, it will also help to ice them for 10 to 15 minutes.
