Due to my hectic school schedule I have been setting up training sessions with the trainer on Fridays while Allie is at soccer practice. I drop her off at practice and then I go to the gym( they are about a couple of blocks apart).
Today we concentrated on legs..not one of my favorites but oh well they needed to be worked.
We started with squats holding a ball 3 sets of 25
squat position but didn't come up held it for 20 secs.
lunges backwards 1 set on each leg 25
forward 1 set on each leg 25
step ups one foot on the step and the other stepped up
and tapped 25 on each leg 2 reps.
hamstring curl pyramids 60 12
55 10
50 10
wall sits (toes up) for 30 seconds 2 times.
warmed up on the treadmill for 15 minutes for .75
