Sunday's Workout

One week down and eight more to go before Disney... I finished my first week of my new program and boy did it feel great not to have to get in a bunch of miles on Sunday. My leg and ankle were hurting me a little bit when I would run so I decided to walk the 5 miles. I did it in 1 1/2 hours so I know that I will not be able to walk the whole half marathon other wise I will not finish the race.
I was proud of myself for getting all my miles in plus an extra 2 miles.

Miles for the week: 15.11

Good for you, even if it didn't feel good, you did it. Keep it up, and you can start figuring out what it will take to finish the race - you can do it!
