Today I was suppose to work out with the trainer but for some reason the gym's system had knocked me out of my spot and someone else had taken the time slot but my trainer apologized and is going to fit me in tomorrow night. I was all bummed out about that but instead of turning around and going home. I marched myself up to the treadmill and decided to run/walk 2 miles. I actually did 2.07 in 30 minutes with an average pace of 14.17 which I couldn't believe.

Good for you for not letting the disappointment of things not working out exactly as planned get you down.
Wow! Now you can do two miles in under 30 minutes! Your dedication is really paying off. Good luck with your long run this weekend!
