I went to the gym after work and had a good workout. I started out on the treadmill. I did 3.20 miles in 45.30 minutes for an average pace of 14.17. I punched in 4.3 on the treadmill and was surprised that I could keep up the pace between running and walking. Then finished up with some leg work and crunches.
Miles for week 6: 8.45 miles.
