After watching the weather report last night I knew that it was going to be cold to do my long run. I left a little later than what I would of liked but that's what happens when you talk yourself into waiting a little longer to see if it would warm up a little bit. I headed out the door by 9:30 and it wasn't that bad. I finished 10.40 miles in 2:39:01 with an average pace of 15.16.
