Today was really cold and wet so I decided to go up to the gym to get my miles in since I knew that I didn't want to be outside in the rain. I got on the treadmill and tried to turn my ipod on but I had forgotten to charge it so the battery was dead then I was going along and my socks had slipped off my heals and my shoes were rubbing my heals. I got through 6 miles on the treadmill in 89 minutes and held a 15 minute mile which I was happy about that. I didn't make my miles this week but no sense in beating myself up with that.
Miles for week 4: 10 miles (i shorted myself 7 miles going to try and make them up the next two weeks. )

Long distances on the treadmill are rough. I try not to do any more than 6. You had a tough situation today.
