Thursday's Three Miler

Today was a very hectic day at work and then I just didn't really feel like going to work out. I knew that I needed to get in every workout so that I can be able to do my best at the half marathon plus I had also made a promise that I wouldn't skip my workouts. I went up to the gym and pushed the 5k route on the treadmill. I had finished 1.25 miles and hit the stupid stop button. I started back up and finished. The whole time I was on the treadmill my pace stayed at 15 m/m which I was a first for me.

Miles for week 6 : 5.25 miles.
