Today was my last day from being off school for Christmas break. I didn't really want to go up to the gym. I knew that I wouldn't get up there unless I had a training session. I got to the gym early so that I could get my cardio in. I did 2 miles in 27.32 minutes for an average pace of 13.57. Then it was time to work out with my trainer. We worked on legs did some squats, one legged squats, hamstrings curls, sumo squats and finished with some step ups ugh were my legs tired.
