The past couple of weeks have been busy with school projects being due. This week is spring break and so I thought that it would be a good time to start back into working out regularly except for once a week with the trainer.
I decided to run on the treadmill. I set the incline to 1.5 and decided to run 4 minutes and walk 1 minute. I did this for 20 minutes for a 1.27 miles and my pace was 15:47.
Not bad for having a couple weeks off.
