Pushing Myself
Today was one of those days were I just didn't feel like doing anything. I knew that I needed to take advantage of having the day off from work and school. I decided to go to the gym and do the elliptical machine. I started out doing the "interval training" setting which all of a sudden I couldn't go anymore on that it was to hard. I stopped that and started back up using the "manual" setting. I switched the tension up going to a level 7 for a couple of minutes back down to level 5 and then up to level 10 and then to level 7. I did this for 20 minutes for a distance of 1.68.

Yay! Christy is back.
When you are busy doing an interval on the elliptical, you can lower the resistance without stopping the program. Sometimes it does get too hard!
