Wednesday's workout
Wednesday's workout was suppose to be my tempo run but I pushed that aside since I didn't really want to do it. I also had my training session. We worked on shoulders, biceps, triceps. Ben keeps asking me if I have done any push ups. I hate push ups and then his remark was that the only reason I don't like doing push ups is because I can't do them. I struggle do one.

I don't like them either but I would rather do push ups than lunges any day!
