Wednesday's workout

It has about a week since I have even thought about running/walking. I decided that I needed to get back on track with my training for the 10 K race that I will be doing in August. I went up to the gym with the goal of doing 2 miles. I decided that I would walk for 2 minutes and then run for 2 minutes. After I had done this for about a mile my left foot was starting to hurt and my legs felt very tight so I talked myself into hanging on for another half mile.

Miles for the week: 1.5

Yes, you do need to get back on track!!! Good job - it's hard after a long break. Only three more weeks to go - woo hoo!
