Happy St. Patrick's Day!
A friend of mine joined my gym a couple weeks ago and had asked me if I wanted to work out with her. We were suppose to meet up yesterday but she cancelled on me and I decided that I had all ready set aside time to work out so I headed up to the gym.
I decided to 10 minutes on the treadmill and then 10 minutes on the elliptical.
I also did the fly machine both reverse and forward sitting. 3 sets each at 30 lbs
vertical row 20 lbs 3 sets of 8
High row 20 lbs each 3 sets of 8 (both hands together and then just right hand and then left hand.)
Today I did meet up with my friend at the gym. We did 15 minutes on the treadmill and 5 minutes on the elliptical and then headed down to work on legs
Squat machine, hamstrings and calf machine. That was all that my friend could handle since she started to not feel well after the calf machine. I did get her to do a couple of planks for 20 seconds.
