I had another training session up at the gym on Thursday. I couldn't remember the time so I showed up a half hour earlier than the when the session was. I did do a mile on the treadmill and did that in 16:00 minutes. So it was leg day..
My trainer worked them hard they are still hurting as I write this blog. Well just the calf muscles are the only thing thats hurting. She had me doing a couple of calf raises, lunges, squats, toe taps(which works the muscles along the shins) and wall sits. By the time I was done with the session my legs felt like jello.
