Back into Blogging Again

To my friends and family who follow my blog. I haven't slacked off with my workouts even if I would try. I really like my new trainer Mark even if he makes me do ab exercises every session and then cardio afterward. Some days I just want to go to the gym and do the training session and then not do cardio for the day. Then when the session is over he will ask if I've done my cardio for the day. I have started to do cardio six days a week except last week I only got to the gym five days but hey that's better than not going at all. Last night Allie went up to the gym with me while I did 40 minutes of cardio. I am trying to do between 30 and 45 minutes of cardio per day. Sunday I went up to the gym with my mom and did 40 minutes on the treadmill. I had started on a treadmill close to my mom but got the squeaky treadmill so I switched treadmills then I accidentally hit the stop button on the handle and then had to start over. That is just bugs me. Today I had a training session with Mark we did legs and crunches, flutter kicks, bicycles, straight leg sit ups, plank,lunges, squats, step ups, calf raises,jack knife sit ups. That didn't seem like I had done a whole lot during the session. Then I finished up with cardio 10 minutes on the treadmill and then 2o or 3o minutes on the bicycle.
