Friday and Saturday's Workout

I went up to the gym on Friday to do some cardio wasn't sure which machine I was going to use since most of the time it depends on how busy the gym is. I was able to get a treadmill and punched in the manual program and then punched in my time of 45 minutes.I had to pause the treadmill to tie my shoe and when I thought I had hit the start button but instead had hit the stop button so I had to restart the treadmill back up and so for the second time I punched in 40 minutes. I was walking for 3 minutes and running for 2 minutes.

15:16 for .97 miles with an average pace of 15:47
42:00 for 2.68 miles with an average pace of 15:47

Saturday's workout:
On Saturday I had a training appointment with Mark we did a whole body workout which was hard but that's what I need if I want to lose the fat and gain muscles. Then afterwards I went upstairs to do cardio. I did 65 minutes on the elliptical machine for 4.58 minutes

Treadmill:11.4 miles
Treadmill,Elliptical,Bike:20.24
