Sunday- Workout Cards


My mom and went up to the gym and did workout #3 with Jillian's workout cards. We had to do scorpion push ups(these were hard),dumbbell flys on a body ball,hack squats, jump squats, decline dumbbell presses, dumbbell flys, squat thrusts (kind of hard), side lunges, close grip push ups(very hard), plank ups (very hard), jump squats, one-leg squats, jumping jacks, military shoulder press, squat swings, knee tuck jumps (kind of hard had to modify this one), static lunges with lateral shoulder presses, reverse crunches and boat pose for 3o seconds.
Then we had to sprint for 30 seconds perform 5 over 5 minutes and then she had run for 30 seconds on and 30 seconds off at 9.0 mph and so we were confused on what we were supposed to do so I decided to run for 30 second on and 30 seconds off at 8.0 mph. on the treadmill for 3 times.
I'm glad that I tried this card and hopefully the next time we do this card the hard exercises will not seem so hard.
