Sunday: I wasn't quite sure what I was going to do since my mom was out of town, do I do a Jillian workout that we have done together, do I do a new one or do I do something else. Well I looked at the cards and saw that one of the workouts didn't seem to hard so I pulled all the cards together that I would need and then went up to the gym to do it. It felt kind of strange doing the cards by myself but I did get it done.
I also did 20 minutes of cardio as well. Then I looked on the race website to see if they had posted the running times and they had and guess what I finished under 42 minutes. My chip time was 41:49.63 with a 13:28 pace so was very excited to see that.
