This week classes started and am still trying to figure out how to fit everything in. I went up to the gym after class on Tuesday night but was just exhausted so I talked myself into 15 minutes on the treadmill and if I was still tired then I could go home well I did a mile in just over 15 minutes.
Then on Wednesday had a training session and did biceps and chest and ab work. My trainer is trying to get me to do more cardio time but just am not sure how to fit any more time in. So needless to say this week I only worked out four times this week hopefully next week I will have figured out a schedule that will work.
