Workout Session with My Mom
My mom and I did workout 4 from Jillian's Hot Bod in a Box workout cards. This week had us doing a lot of upper body with some leg work and ab work. We had to do We had to do 20 jump lunges on both legs I could only do 10 per leg, butt kicks for a minute I did them for 45 seconds, boat pose for 30 seconds with legs bent and reverse plank for a minute I did only 10 seconds before my left wrist started to hurt. Some of the cards can be quite confusing and we did have a couple of discussions on how to do the cards. I was even thinking about emailing her to let her know that but have decided that maybe I should check her book out at the library to see if it gives more information in the book than the cards before emailing her.
