I had another training session scheduled. We did a circuit style exercises. Ryan had me start out on the leg press machine (20 reps) and then move to the leg curl machine where I did 8 reps with my toes touching and then normal position and then with my heals touching. I did this three times and then we moved onto incline presses and then rows where I was in plank position with my feet hip width apart with alternating arms. I did this three times alternating between each one. Then I went upstairs for some cardio and decided to use the elliptical machine for 15 minutes for 1 mile.
