Gym time

It was cold today so I went up to the gym to get my training program in. I am starting my sixth week of a ten week program. This week is a 5 minute walk warm up and then run for 12 minutes and walk for 5 minutes. Do this 2 times and then follow up with a 5 minute cool down. I got in 3.06 miles.
