Transform Yourself Challenge

In the May/June issue of Muscle Fitness Hers they were have a challenge called Transform Yourself. The deadline to sign up was last Friday so I signed myself up and didn't think that I was going to get into the challenge but last night I got an email from them saying that I did get into the challenge. I did the first workout and man was it hard. I did make it through the workout and am looking forward to workout number 2.
I also did 1 mile on the treadmill.

I'm stoked to find someone else doing the challenge! I'm not technically signed up but I guess I should have tried to do it late and get in. Anyway, good luck and I'll check in on your progess!
