...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

August 15,2007 workout
I had planned to get to the gym before my session with the trainer and walk/run on the treadmill but instead I only had five minutes before the session started. Today was shoulders and chest and of course bridges inbetween the workouts. We did some exercises using free weights and then we finished up doing some sit ups. The trainer did say that he was surprised on how many pushups I could do so I quess that was a good thing.
