Easy Walk Day

Today was suppose to be a walk/run day but my calves were sore after from yesterday after doing them. I didn't want to walk outside but needed to since I didn't go up to the gym today. So I walked the trails in my neighborhood which ended up being 2 miles and I feel better than before I worked out.
