Beginning of the week

My legs were a little sore from yesterdays long walk so I did a few minutes on the eliptical as a warm up before working out with the trainer. We worked on shoulders and triceps. My arms/shoulders were tired after the workout they felt like jello. My goal this week is to work out 5 of the 7 days and if I work out more than that is even better. One down four more workouts to go....
