easy walk day

Today was my easy walk day. SO I decided to walk 2 miles, I did it in less than hour ( I wasn't pushing myself today). I was tired from helping a friend move her 50 pound hay boxes. I moved 8 boxes for her 6 of them were moved from her foyer to her family room. The other 2 boxes were moved from her foyer out to a car.
