Yesterday was my first day back to work after being off all summer and I had planned to get up early this morning and get my walk in but that didn't happen. I was to tired from being on my feet all day and moving things back and forth. I ended up walking later this evening. I walked for 28 minutes and did 1 mile.

Good job getting the workout in despite being tired from work! Hopefully you can get into a good morning routine and get the workouts done first thing!
