I was suppose to do a 30 minute walk/run. I had planned on doing it after dinner around 8 o'clock but instead I got busy and when I looked at the time it had gotten dark and I didn't want to start in the dark.So instead I popped a Walk Away the Pounds tape in the vcr and did the 3 mile one. Boy did she have me moving.
Getting closer to this weeks goal...
