Monday and Wednesday's workout

School has started back and it seems like I haven't had any time to post the workouts.
On Monday I decided to do a few minutes on the step and then on to the eliptical machine for 20 minutes. 1.84 miles

Wednesday's workout I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes, I did 1.6 miles, I tried to run for a couple of minutes but realized that I wasn't wearing the shoes I usually wear so I walked most of the time.

Good for you Christy...I know how hard it can be to workout when your schedule completely changes..that is a challenge that I am always up against!
