non run day

Arggg, I was all set to work out with my trainer and then when I get to the gym he wasn't around so the manager over the trainers said that he could either cancel it or find someone, my first thought was just cancel except when that one of the trainers jumped in and said that they could train me. We ended up doing legs we started out with a little warm up and then moved to the machines. I had planned to run on the treadmill after my training session but my legs were feeling a little like jello so I decided to workout on the bike for 30 minutes listening to a fitness rocks podcast, thanks Jenny for telling me about this podcast very informative.

Must have been a good leg workout! I know that wobbly leg feeling- you're afraid it's dangerous to drive home because you might not be able to control the pedals! :)

I am glad you liked the podcast. It is one of my favorites.
