
I didn't get up at the time I would have liked but I started my workout at 7 it was warm but there was a nice breeze through out the walk. I knew that I had to do 7.5 miles today. Half way through the walk I wanted to turn around and go home my legs were tired. I wanted to run and walk some but just couldn't do it with my legs feeling so tired. By the time I hit 5.5 miles I just wanted to quit but no mater what I still had 2 miles left. I ended up doing 7.71 miles in 2 hours and 8 minutes with at 17:52 m/m
