Saturday's workout

I went to the gym thinking that I would run/walk for 30 minutes. I started out alright and then my one foot started to hurt and then I got a side stitch. I felt like just hitting the stop button and going home except that I needed to learn how to keep going even when something is trying to steer you from not going on. I kept on for 25 minutes alternating walking at 3.7 to running at 4.4. I did 1.5 miles with a 16:40 pace.
