I had planned on gettting up in the morning to get it done but we (me and the dogs) slept in. So then it took me sometime to map out my route. I decided that since it was so hot that I would walk to my gym and then go in and do a couple miles on the treadmill and then walk home. I am thinking that from my house to the gym is 3 miles and then I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill and then another 3 home for a total of 8.5 miles. I did it in 2 hours and 34 minutes (that even included my times that I rested).
Total miles for the week: 14.25 miles .

That is a creative way to get your miles in!
I know you had a tough week, but you stuck with it, and ended up on a good note. Great job on the miles!
