Wednesday's workout

Wednesday workout was a non-running day. I saw my trainer Ben we worked on chest and shoulders. A couple of the workouts we used dumbbells and I have graduated from 10 pounds to 15 pounds. There have been sessions that I have said that I can't do the weight. This was more of a let's see if I could take the workout to the next level with some weights.
