Today was another session with the my trainer Ben, we concentrated on legs.
I started with squats and then some more squats. stationary lunges holding weights in my hands and then we finished up with hamstring machine.
I also did my easy walk to night. My pace was 18.04 for 1.81 miles my best pace time was 8.04.

Good for you Christy. I wish that I was better at incorporating weights into my workout. I'm sure it is tough to fit it all in with work, school, and Allie!! Way to get it done.
