...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Friday's workout
Friday's workout was with the trainer we didn't use any of the machines. We mainly worked on core and did some squats, lunges and wall sits to go along with it and also steps ups as well. It was a great workout.
