Wednesday's run

I decided to go to the gym today since I didn't have class. I did 2.15 miles in 31 minutes. My average pass was 14.15. For the first mile I did it in 15 minutes. The second mile I did one minute at 6.0 speed and 3 minutes at 3.8 for 3 times each.

Good run! Pushing your speed in intervals like that will make your regular pace seem easier!

Doing speed intervals is the one thing that has REALLY improved my running ability - if you can do an interval workout once a week, you will notice huge improvements in your comfort level running at your usual pace.
