...When I signed up for the 2008 Disney Half Marathon with my mom and three sisters! This was my training blog leading up to this event. Since I enjoyed blogging about my training sessions I thought I would just keep on blogging.

Wednesday's workout
I went to the gym after work. I did 2 miles on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a 15 m/m. Then I also did the bike for 20 minutes for 3 miles as well. I didn't do weights today.

Mine is this weekend, so I am trying to keep myself busy and not think about it too much!
