Wednesday's workout

I went to the gym after work. I did 2 miles on the treadmill for 30 minutes at a 15 m/m. Then I also did the bike for 20 minutes for 3 miles as well.
I didn't do weights today.

Total miles for the week: 2

Keep up the great work, Christy. You guys are all doing so well. You are going to have a blast at that Half Marathon.

Mine is this weekend, so I am trying to keep myself busy and not think about it too much!
