Today I saw my trainer and we worked on legs and abs. 3 sets of 15 of squats with 15 on each leg of backwards lunges between each set. Wall sit with shoulder presses(15) and curls(10) and then we lunge walked over to the hamstring machine and did 1 set of 20 and lunged over to the mats to work on abs. We did an 8 minute ab routine 30 reps of 8 different ab workouts. I also got my cardio in as well. 25 minutes on the treadmill for 1.55 miles with a 16:12 average pace.

Sounds like a pretty tough workout! Keep up the good work, and have a nice run tomorrow. I will be thinking about you when I am on mine!
