Sorry Mark that I am just now posting Wednesday and Thursday's workouts. Thursday I was going to class and had to go a different way since the highway was shut down. I was almost to my school when I got a call that my class was canceled. So I was able to take a shortcut and get home. I went up to the gym later and did my workout on the treadmill. I was a little slower than I would of liked. My first mile I did it in 16:43. The other 2 miles at 15 m/m so I did 3.11 in 46 minutes.
miles for the week: 6.11 (wow that's a lot of miles I got in and it wasn't even the weekend.)

Hey, nice job! It must feel good to get those miles in before the weekend! What did you decide about your 5K? Are you still going to be able to make it, or will your class interfere? Have a good weekend!
