My whole week it seems like I have been going non stop withtrying to get things done for school. I usually see my trainer on Friday's but had to change it since he decided to take Friday's off. I didn't really want to go to the gym but didn't want to cancel on my trainer. I got there and was able to get in 1 mile on the treadmill (15 minutes) for a pace of 15 m/m. We concentrated on shoulders, lats, biceps.
