Christmas Day

For Christmas I had gotten some cool gadgets to use when I run. My parents got me the Timex Iron man watch that I can use with my ipod. My daughter gave me the Nike ipod sensor for my shoe. I decided to try out my watch ( I think I will need to read the instructions on it though not quite sure with some of the functions.) I ran/walked for 2 miles plus a little more( the time it took to get to the city trail from my house and then back to my house) my right leg was hurting some so I wasn't quite up to speed. I finished in 34.57 and my watch said I had an average time of 11.39
