The day started out being cold and rainy so I decided to wait till tomorrow to do my early run. My mom and I went up to the gym and we both decided to use the treadmill. I don't know if it was her or if it was me pushing myself more but I did quite well. I started out with the treadmill at 1.o incline and at 4.5 walk/ran but ran more than walked. I even did one minute at 6.o and 6.5 and even did some running at 5.o speed. I did 3.18 miles for 42 minutes with an average speed of 13.20.
Miles for week 7: 5.18 miles
